1. At Verah, we prioritize delivering your orders quickly and in the best condition. All prepaid orders above ₹1699 are shipped free of charge across India. For prepaid orders below ₹1699, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 (including GST) is applicable.

3. We usually dispatch orders within 12–24 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. Express Delivery (Bangalore only): For customers within Bangalore, we offer 24-hour or 48-hour delivery via Dunzo, AIR, or similar services. Additional charges for this service will be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery timelines for regular shipping are typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.

6. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order status in real time.

7. In the event of order cancellation, failed delivery, or product loss in transit, a full refund will be issued to you, including any shipping charges if prepaid online.

8. Order value is calculated after applying any discounts, taxes (GST/VAT), or promotional codes.

9. COD Charges: ₹100 for regular delivery, ₹150 for express delivery (where available).
