Exchange Policy

Perfumes are personal-use products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer any exchange policy. Once purchased, a product cannot be exchanged for another.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged products. No returns are accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or personal preference.

2. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video recorded before the seal of the packaging is opened. Without this, returns will not be accepted.

3. Once verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Please note that return pickup charges will be borne by the customer.

4. After the product is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Refunds are applicable only for damaged products reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not provide refunds or cancellations under any other circumstances.
