Shipping FAQ

Yes, we ship pan-India. Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge, while COD orders have a small additional fee.

Yes, Verah perfumes are shipped worldwide via DHL. International shipping charges apply based on location and order value.

Domestic (India): 3–6 business days after dispatch. International: 5–10 business days depending on location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery in real time.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@verah.in or contacting us via WhatsApp. Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept cancellation requests.

Return & Refund FAQ

Perfumes are personal-use items, so we do not accept exchanges. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

A clear unboxing video, recorded before opening the seal of the package, is mandatory for us to process a return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return pickup charges, even in the case of a damaged item.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
